Kobe Steel Ltd owns 2 steel plants tracked in the Global Iron and Steel Tracker, all in Japan. Together they can produce about 5.6 million tonnes of crude steel per year. The whole fleet runs the blast furnace–basic oxygen furnace integrated route.
